Rules and Guidelines 

The rules as stated by Directorate of Technical Education , Maharashtra State , would be applicable for admission through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) to first year of 5-year Degree course in Architecture .

The rules and guidelines for admissions to be followed by the unaided institutes for Institute level seats as well as for the seats remaining vacant after the completion of CAP.

However , so as to augment the list of probable candidates , the attached form would help focus, strengthen and achieve the aim of single window process of admission.

Eligibility Criteria

01.  Candidate should be an Indian National who should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination appearing from within the state of Maharashtra with Mathematics as compulsory subject and having secured a minimum of 50.00 % in aggregate .( 45.00 % for those of the reserved category belonging to the State)


Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by the Appropriate Authority, from time to time;

 02. The Candidate should have obtained at least 40% marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by the Council of Architecture


a. If letters / Grades are assigned instead of marks at qualifying examination , the candidate must obtain and submit the certificate of conversion of letter / grades into marks from the respective authority where from the candidate has passed the examination.

b. No rounding off of the aggregate % of marks obtained by the candidate in HSC or Diploma or equivalent examination will be done while deciding the eligibility. The % of marks shall be considered up to two decimal places.

The candidate is required to carry All Original Certificates in support of their claim at the time of filling up of Application form , for the scrutiny and verification .              Following documents  are required to be submitted at the time of submitting the application:

The interim / final fees approved by the Admissions Regulating Authority will be collected at the time of provisional admission. However , the college has submitted the proposal for revision in fees and therefore any upwards  revision in the fees structure as finalized by the Admissions Regulating Authority will be binding and the students admitted in the institute will have to pay the fees accordingly.

candidates shall  be required to pay fees as prescribed by the concerned University from time to time.

Caution money deposits received from the students shall be refunded after successful completion of the course or after cancellation of admission . Unless there is any recovery , no deduction shall be made from the caution money deposit. However , the amount of caution money deposit shall be transferred to students Aid Fund if the candidate does not apply for the refund within THREE financial years after the student actually leaves the institution.
